What I Do, Why I Do

Across 25 years in global HR and leadership roles, one belief has guided my work: when people grow, organisations thrive. From Maersk and GE to Standard Chartered and JLL, I’ve helped leaders shape cultures that build capability, spark transformation and support sustainable performance.

As the author of The Skills Advantage, my work explores how individuals and organisations can stay relevant in a fast-changing world. Much of my focus today is on reskilling in the age of AI, future-ready leadership and preparing workforces for continuous change—topics I speak, write (check out my newsletter)and research extensively. I continue to read, explore and reflect because I see myself as a lifelong learner; learning fuels the perspectives I share with others.

My mission is simple: to help leaders create environments where people feel supported, equipped and inspired to do their best work. Because the future of work isn’t something we wait for - it’s something we build, together.
